"Frances Fisher is the only agent I request at this office because she truly provides excellent customer service.
She is patient, professional and takes her time to explain everything in detail.
She even followed up with me weeks later on something I was confused about and explained everything with such clarity.

"I just switched to State Farm and so far, they’ve been pretty great! The workers at this office are really nice and really patient. Sam was really helpful, she answered all of my questions thoroughly, made sure I got everything that I wanted and needed for my car insurance. The switch over process was super simple and easy enough, that I probably could’ve done it myself, but Sam made it 100000 times easier. Thanks so much!"

"I have never had as many problems as I have had with them. They are extremely rude. Talk to Liz and she is the rudest one there. They put incorrect information on my policy and Liz proceeded to say I lied and will not fix the mistake SHE made. Go to any other State Farm BUT this one!!"
